Schedule a Meeting
A quick 30-minute meeting is the best way to learn about your current project, and discuss possible options for your particular need. This also gives you a chance to learn of the type of projects we do, and how we work.
Project Checklist
While not mandatory, having a few elements considered before we talk can be very helpful. Here are some project elements to consider:
Budget
- Understanding your maximum budget is crucial as it influences all aspects of the project. We work hourly but can provide hourly estimates and ways to manage that so we don’t exceed your budget on a project. Please note that we have minimum annual engagement $5,000. This can be for a single project, or several projects.
Deadline
- If you have a specific deadline, especially for an trade event, we should discuss this up front. Event critical deadlines will significantly impact our approach and creative solutions.
- Deadlines also impact budget and resource allocation. For instance, an event in two weeks requires a different approach than one in two months.
Creative Brief
- While a formal creative brief isnโt required for our first meeting, we will discuss your project goals, target audience, success metrics, and the key stakeholders involved. And we will get your agreement on any project, in writing, before we start work.
Examples
- Any examples you have gathered, such as links to websites, videos, or PDFs that illustrate your vision, or were inspiring, are always very helpful.
- These examples will not be copied but will serve as a valuable starting point for our discussion.
Goal
Having these items prepared will ensure our first conversation is productive and help us determine if we can meet deliver top-notch creative.
